Twenty-eight plus week

Went for the monthly pre-natal checked up just now and apparently I' ve gained 4.5 kg within this 1 mth period...i blamed it on the raya festivals + fruits season..been having durianss, tarap and tibadak almost everyday! Now i have to watch my diet..Dr advised to take low carbs item and no sweets..yikess! It would be hard for me not to esp now my liur is more to all the sweet stuffs.To make things worse, my hb level dropped again from 9.9 to 9.6. Its not surprising tho since i also suffered from anemic on my 1st pregnancy..i guess i have to be more consistent in taking my vitamins.

Alai is currently with my mil in keriam while i'm in lamunin doing my part time job - nursing my younger brother. Its only been 2 hours being away from him but i couldn't help feeling guilty and i miss him a lot. I guess being a full-time mother makes you become very attached to your baby. Wonder how would it feels like to leave your babies from 8-5 everyday for work...if i think about it...i would rather stay at home and spend my precious time with my little bubs. If only government could classified housewives as a job..after all children that grew up with enough love and attentions would turn out to be better citizens for the country isn't it? :) if only....

Its been agesss...

Yup..been a while since i last blogged..infact i've even forgotten my blogger p/w that i had to reset it! I know a lot of you are aware already but to those who are not..i am currently 6.5 months pregnant! I've successfully graduated end of July and been back in Brunei eversince. And No i am not employed yet...been doing my jobhunting but no luck so far. Well, to be honest i didnt do much job hunting..i applied to 3 places only and i'm done with the recruiting processes for all 3. So far, got declined by 2 which left me with 1 which i have the least confidence in getting...so i guess i would remain jobless till i deliver.

So at the moment...besides being not a very good housewife, i'm also helping my mum in taking care of my youngest brother who you all might recalled was involved in a car accident last year and was suffering a serious brain injuries. Alhamdulillah..he's recovering slowly..he can talk like normal people now and he can move his right hand. He could even write text msgs using that one hand! As the Dr confirmed that he's not paralyse, we're hoping he could get on his two feet eventually..So people please pray for him yeah...

Oh and before i forget...tonight Alai Rayyan finally call me Mama like he means it! I hope he would be able to talk soon which i think he actually knows how to but refuse to show us..just like last night..He was counting 1-5 and yesss a proper 1-5..and i asked him to repeat to me which he did...thennnnn i called his abah and asked him to listen..So there goes Alai saying oneee... choooo..but then he realised his dad was listening so he began saying kalak kalak kalakk (yup his fav phrase!) instead of saying chee (3)... Hehe funny isn't it? Which makes me conclude ~ my baby is so shy in showing off his pemandainess :)

Other than that..there's nothing much to write about my life..will try to update more frequently from now on...insyaAllah...

P.I.P: Procrastination in Progress :P

Here I am, supposedly buzy with all my revisions for this coming mid-semester exams but I can't seems to focus or even begin at all! I couldn't help but feel a vast of excitement as Hubby and Alai Rayyan will be paying a visit very soon! I know I should be studying so I could spend more quality time with them and I know I would regret if I don't BUT I just don't know how to start!

Oh crap, I'm feeling sleepy now..So what should I write about? Eversince Alai Rayyan is no longer here, it feels like there's is nothing significant in my life that I could share the details around. Writing about myself is not appealing at all...I guess people are right when they said that this blog is mostly about Alai Rayyyan hehe...Oh God...my eyes feel so heavy...sigh...I guess I'll take a nap for a bit and will continue this random post later...hehehe..anyong haseyo!

--- I did a part time job after I was done with the A'Level as a Takaful Clerk in Islamic Development Bank of Brunei which has now merged with IBB to form BIBD.

--- A Flat in Jerudong

5.) Where did you hang out?
--- B, where did we hang out most of the time? hehehe it was everywhere right? probably Jerudong park at night to eat..and Pantai Tungku (hahahah we were crazy arent we) Btw people I was not in a BF-GF relationship with my hubby then...we were just in a gang...like FRIENDS.

6.) Did you wear glasses?
-- Yup and i started wearing lenses too

7.) Who was your best friend?
--- More like who are my bestfriends, always had and always will be: Nadia, Lyssa, Hadrie and Itri. But I was also very close with my high school crowd and I think we were also as close as a bestfriend could be and they were: Erda, Ajin (yes my hubby Ajin), War, Julie, Maza and Aliashim. On my family side, I was very close with my Auntie Seri and Kaka Era and of course I will always be bestfriend with my one and only sister and my Mum.

---Mhmm..I think i had like 4 on left ears and two on right..yup was into pearcing those days hehee

--- I think its either Daewoo Nubira (borrowed from my mum) or Hyundai Coupe (borrowed from my dad)

--- hell yeah we did hehehe remember B we use to go to those $10 parties? hehehe

--- Yeah, big time! But I was lucky to found Erda and the Gang. They were my saviour and I ended up marrying one of them :)

Backkkkk!

Wow....Its been more then 4 months since I last update this blog...most of it was because I've been busy spending time with hubby and my family in Brunei. Being in long distance relationship really made u appreciate your partner more...I just wish I didnt have to come back here...and as u all might know already..I'm now all alone, without Alai Rayyan by my side :'( Its been one month now..and God knows how much I miss my lil angel. (I feel like crying already...God! Im not good with expressing myself..thats why I did not post anything up to now...otherwise I'll ended up all being all emotional).

Moving onnn.....lets change the topic before these tears start rolling down...so much had happened the last few months. My older brother got married, Ikin got married, Lyssa and myself had our mandi belawat, and there's my anniversary with hubby - which we captured by doing photoshoots on that day :) We went for KK trip with a bunch of friends just before I left for Oz and it was fun.

Fuhhh...a lot of precious moments to share in this one little post. Thats what happen when your so lazy to update :) I guess that's it for now...will try to update more often from now on...Miss u people in Brunei!

Happy One Year old my Baby!

Alai Rayyan will turn one in the next half an hour or so....I really couldnt believe how time flies so fast! So what has he learnt so far? Lets see:

(1) He's learning to walk! Still lesen L though and ikut mood...if he wants to walk he will make his rounds in the living room but if not he wont even work for that day...so I dont know how long will he take his lesen L for...lets hope not as long as Mama Mieee hehehe

(2) He knows how to marah you...by saying Eppp just like how Mummy would marahkan him hehe...the last time when we were in DFO and he was throwing a fit, I decided to ignore him. So when I finally tried to calm him down (coz he was reallyyyy LOUD!) it took him quite a while to forgive me and when he finally did, he hit me on my arm and said eppppp! hehe

(3) He knows how to give flying kisses.

(4) He knows how to play with his toy car! hehe this really amused me! I bought him his first car toy when he was 9 months old? Because I remember my nephew really loves playing with toy cars...but the car remained in his play tent because he doesnt know how to play with it. I tried to show him a few time but he refused to even look at it. Then suddenly a few weeks ago I saw him playing with that car! he was crawling around the living room pushing the car here and there :) So I guess Alai Rayyan is a self learner kind of baby (or should i say toddler now?)

(5) Alai Rayyan can recognised characters from his books.

Hey its past twelve now...HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAMA'S BOY! Abah and mama really lovesyou to bits! And we're so proud to have you as our little one, our one and only (so far hehe), the apple of our eyes.

We will be having a little birthday celebration today and will have another one once we're in Brunei. Since its in the middle of the exams period, it will only be a very small one but i will try to make it as proper as possible. After all its Alai Rayyan first birthday party ever! hehe I will post some pics and hopefully videos of the party soon after.

As for now, I shall leave you all with Alai Rayyan's walking lesson video taken a few days ago. Will head to bed now as I will be having a very busy day tomorrow...preparing foods for the party and setting up our living room. Have a very good night you all.
